Living in a simple and sustainable place, both in a physical and mental state, in a day-to-day and practicle lifestyle, can teach us much about who we are, or, what we want to share or time and space with.

Our "space" defines what we do, and as an extension of that...who we are.  So does our personal use of energy and materials.

Living a sustainable life requires a different and direct mindset, not just a new set of rules or equipment if it is meant to succeed...There are barriers to living a "free" life, the worst, of course, that barrier which lies "between one's own ears"
